Red Sea Cables Company enjoys a track record in wires, cords and power cables manufactured in KSA and we introduce our new LSHF fire resistant power cables & wires under the category of “Fire guard”.

RESCAB provides fire resistant cables meeting IEC 60331-21; BS 6387 and BS 7846-F2requirements. We provide these cables with LSHF sheath meeting IEC 61034; IEC 60754 and IEC 60332-3 Cat C and A.

FIRE TESTS many are carried out during manufacturing and final inspections. You can find here the main tests concerning the behavior of cables under fire conditions, it is important to verify all required performances and give the customers the full compliance to the requirements. RESCAB is proud of its new product passed fire tests at UK labs.

Technical Specifications:

Electrical low voltage cables complying with IEC 60502-1 BS 6724. Our products tested at internationally reputable labs, all cables are Flame Retardant to IEC 60332-1 and IEC 60332-3-24 Vertical Flame Propagation Test.

Conductor:

High conductivity soft annealed copper according to BS EN 60228, Class 2 stranded conductor. Conductor can be offered with round, round compacted and sectored shape.

Insulation:

Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with Maximum service temperature 90ºC.

Armoring (upon request):

Aluminum Wire Armored “AWA” for single core cable.
Galvanized steel wire “SWA” for multi core cable

Outer Sheathing:

LSHF type ST8 acc. To IEC 60502 and LTS1 acc. To BS 7655-6.1.

Applications:

This cable is used for outdoor and indoor installations in damp and wet locations.

1 Core: Black (Red on request).
3 ½ Cores: Red, Yellow, Blue and Black
4 Cores: Red, Yellow, Blue and Black.
