Red Sea Cables Company offers an extensive range of 0.6/1.0kV single-core and multi-core power cables. These cables have indoor and outdoor applications in power and petrochemical plants, utility buildings, electrical equipment, and more. Technical Specifications:

•   Electrical low voltage cables complying with IEC 60502-1 BS 5467. Our products tested at internationally reputable labs, all cables are Flame Retardant to IEC 60332-1 Vertical Flame Propagation Test.

Conductor:

•   High conductivity soft annealed copper according to BS EN 60228, Class 2 stranded and Class 5 flexible conductor and Stranded aluminum conductor Class2. Conductor can be offered with round, round compacted and  sectored shape.

Insulation:

•   Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) & Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with Maximum service temperature 90ºC.

Armoring:

•   Aluminum Wire Armored “AWA” or Aluminum Tape Armored “ATA” for single core cable.

•   galvanized steel wire “SWA” or galvanized double steel tape “STA" for multi core cable.

Outer Sheathing:

•   Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC ST2)

Special Requirements:

•   High fire performance, Flame propagation tests: IEC 60332-3

•   Sunlight & UV Resistant

•   Water resistance

•   Anti-termite & Anti-Rodent resistant.

•   Special color for insulation and outer sheath

•   Special outer sheath material: PVC(FRLS), LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE and HDPE

•   Different packing options are available

Application

• These cables are suitable for direct burial or for installation on trays or in ducts.
